#1. The Visual Inspection
A Certified Home Inspector will conduct a comprehensive visual inspection to assess the condition of the house and its various operating systems i.e. structural, exterior, interior, electrical, plumbing. heating and ventilation.

The Inspection will also determine at that time whether there are any safety issues, major defects, or deficiencies that could lead to unanticipated expensive repairs.

The Visual Inspection can take anywhere from three to five hours depending upon the size and the age of the house. A Certified Inspector will always take the time that is necessary to deliver the best possible evaluation.
