#2. The Tour
Most inspectors will encourage the Client to attend a tour of the Inspection site. At this time, the Inspector will review the findings of the Visual Inspection. The Client can become familiarized with the operating systems of the house and see first-hand both strengths and weaknesses of their prospective home.

This is an excellent opportunity to ask questions.
