Following the Visual Inspection, the client will receive an in-depth written Report accompanied by Photo documentation and a Contract. This will be an organized consolidation of the details of the Visual Inspection. The report is not only a tool for positioning yourself in the sale, it will be an invaluable guide for maintaining your investment.
