3. Don't let the Realtor offer assistance with Inspection services - they seem to use Inspectors that pass their own criteria.

If you are asked to waive your rights to have a home inspection, doing so means you have given up a valuable buying tool and have given up any chance to complain about your purchase at a later date.

Give yourself as much time as you need to remove subjects. Don't let the Realtor push you into time-sensitive corners.
